1. Event Registration

All registration information must be accurate and complete. By submitting a registration, studios, instructors, dancers, and/or guardians confirm that they have the authority to provide the information submitted and agree to comply with all event policies, rules, and deadlines.
 

Registration is considered complete only once all required information, forms, payments, and supporting materials have been received by Falls Premier Ball.
 

2. Fees & Payments

All registration fees, entry fees, and other applicable charges are due by the deadlines outlined by Falls Premier Ball. Fees may be subject to applicable taxes and processing charges.
 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Falls Premier Ball reserves the right to establish, modify, or waive fees at its discretion.
 

3. Competition Rules

All participants, studios, instructors, and guardians are expected to review and follow the official Rules & Regulations for the competition.
 

Falls Premier Ball reserves the right to make decisions regarding competition eligibility, scheduling, performance categories, scoring, conduct, and other event-related matters in accordance with its published rules and policies.
 

4. Scheduling

Competition schedules are subject to change. Falls Premier Ball will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant schedule changes; however, participants are responsible for checking official event communications and arriving at the venue with sufficient time for registration, warm-up, and performance.
 

Falls Premier Ball is not responsible for costs incurred as a result of schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
 

5. Cancellation & Changes

Falls Premier Ball reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel portions of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, facility issues, public health concerns, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

In the event of cancellation or significant changes, Falls Premier Ball will communicate available options and any applicable refund or credit policies.
 

6. Participant Conduct

All dancers, instructors, studio representatives, parents, guardians, and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.
 

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, disruptive conduct, damage to property, or behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others will not be tolerated. Falls Premier Ball reserves the right to remove individuals from the event or venue when necessary.
 

7. Photography & Video

By participating in Falls Premier Ball, participants and their guardians acknowledge that photography, video, and other recordings may be taken during the event.
 

These recordings may be used by Falls Premier Ball for promotional, marketing, social media, website, archival, or other event-related purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should contact Falls Premier Ball prior to the event to discuss applicable opt-out procedures.
 

8. Liability

Participation in Falls Premier Ball activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks associated with dance, physical activity, travel, and attendance at a live event.
 

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating and should take appropriate precautions to protect their health and safety.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Falls Premier Ball, its organizers, staff, volunteers, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims arising from participation in or attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Falls Premier Ball may collect personal information necessary to administer registrations, communicate with participants, process payments, manage the competition, and provide event-related services.
